Easton Aluminum 2413 arrows?

 

The 24 means 24/64ths diameter, which can be converted to 12/32, 6/16, or 3/8. The 13 means the wall thickness is 13 thousands of an inch. The standard wood shaft is 11/32 in diameter. - lbg

Nope, not a young fellow. Just someone who has always had to shoot the stiffer spines because of my long draw length.

I held out longer shooting aluminum arrows In the Bowhunter division. Most of the guys would give me a ration of crap about shooting those line cutters instead of ACC's.untill I won NFAA Bowhunter class in 03. I shot 2413 Autumn orange XX75 the guy that got second place that year shot a total score of 2413. We had a good laugh that his score and my arrows matched. He then said he wished I was shooting 2512's.

Cool story. I dont think they make those orange ones anymore. I have some old camo 2413's from the mid 90s. Fairly thin walled and fragile for an aluminum arrow. What was your setup that you shot the 2413s out of?

 

I shot them out of my compound fingers nonsight 60 to 67 lbs 29 1/2" draw. I shot a boat load of critters with them also. This was before I went back to my recurve. They were like a 58 Old's not very fast but you got there in style.
