What riser do you have and what length is it?

Sorry to change the topic, but I was wondering why everyone keeps on referring to Uukha XCurve limbs as super recurves?
A fair while back, I had a Border CH which I sold. After that,I shot mostly longbows for a number of years till I got interested in ILF bows which lead you down a road of never ending tinkering. I now own both a pair of Vx+ limbs and a pair of Irbis limbs and while the hooks may be larger than some, they certainly don't fall into the Border or Morrison camps considering their differences. They don't require heavier spine arrows and can be quieted fairly easy as long as you are patient. I also don't really sense that feeling of preload or anticipated let-off that was very noticeable on the Border.

I don't consider them "super curves" either, especially when comparing them to Morrison or Border limbs. Uukha calls them X curves and I'm good with that.

How about this for a new definition? When the bow is braced, if the limb tips point downward, then it a super curve.

That works, I just think lumping them under SC's creates a series expectations and assumptions that don't fit the bill.
