I'm looking to get a budget ILF hunting rig. I have some experience with ilf in the past, couldn't get into it then but willing to give another go. Looking for a bow/riser/limb to be 62-64" pulling 48# to 52#, I have 26.5" draw. Thanks for the help
White Feather Essential 19” riser ($127) paired with 62” Samick Discovery limbs ($105) @ Alternative Services .
With shipping , usually around $30 , less than $275 .
$100 warf riser 17" ILF like some DKARD has listed, or a 21" Hoyt Rambo or Black Bear.
$125-$150 limbs abound all over used in classifieds.
Warfs are a great riser for the money.
I lucked out and picked up a Gillo Ghost for $222 shipped from Alt Archery before they sold out of them. I needed a riser like a I needed a hole in my head but I couldnt pass it up
I am looking at the same this and really it depends on what size riser you want... what i have narrowed down to is the samick discovery (17"), Mybo Pathfinder (17" or 19") or the kinetic Meos which is a 21" target style riser.
My vote is for the 19 mybo. I bet it shoots a lot like a Das tribute. Then again I just sold my tribute and officially only have 21 and longer risers...Looks like I am hunting with my 23 best zenit.. that thing is a tack driver
I started in single string archery looking for a budget bow I could have fun and hunt with..3.5 years later after owning all kinds of stuff, just placed order for new 1100$ Bow..this trad game slippery slope. Good luck.
But all these suggestions are good, if you check very frequently on different forums for can find a really good riser with a rep to back it for 200-250$ I’m sure there is a used 17” Dalaa floating around for around 250$ somewhere.
