very well crafted and the SR swift is supposed to be pretty quick, had the one piece and the Bmodel takedown and both were as nice and as quick as any other recurve i've owned thus far. btw, the swift has some beautiful lines on it.

I think they're very nice looking bows, but I've never had the privilege to shoot one. I wish I could afford one of every bow made but my wife acts like I already have one of every bow made. Great Plains is one of the bows I'd like to have.

I shot the td longbow and one of the recurves. Not sure of the model however. It shot nice and was quiet for a recurve but was not what I would consider a fast bow at all. They look real nice however.

I had a Rio Bravo take down in all Bacote when I was shooting left handed and I really liked the bow a lot.... Had the opportunity to shoot one with bamboo limbs also and as I remember it was a pretty snappy bow.. If I had not become fond of metal risers, I'd probably own a righty today!

I just got a used B-Model Take-down Palo Duro recurve. First off it's the nicest looking bow I've ever owned. It's 55@28 and 62" long. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet but it draws very smooth. It was so smooth I thought it was drawing less poundage than its marked but when I checked it on my bow scale it came out at the marked weight. At 28" it was drawing just a hair under 55#. At my 28.75" draw it was drawing 56#. That's gotta be one sweet draw force curve. I'll post another reply once a get a chance to shoot it this weekend.

I know a guy with a mint 64" T/D he might part with. He's more of a longbow guy. I think it's about low 50s at 31"
