Default string aligment

I want to know info about string aligment for strinwalking if anyone is using it.For example if at 50 yards my string is in the outside part of the riser and at 10 yards the string is closer to the arrow,I should be putting the string in the middle of the riser?. And I tried it today but it feels weird because I'm moving my hand and the hand is not relaxed.. ¿It becomes more natural with the time?
All the info would be appreciated and sorry if I start a new post about it but I couldn't find the information I'm looking.
Thanks.
