Default 27" Tempest

OK I cant be the only one waiting/wanting a 27" Tempest. Anybody else kicking around the idea of ordering a 27"?
I see some 21" models are showing up, so 27" is next?

Sid I saw on FB you guys are coming up on summer break. Seeing as how the "new guy" also happens to be your mill guy, maybe he shouldnt get a summer break till he has a couple years with the company.

Oh and lets get this out of the way. Why a 27" Tempest? Cause they dont make a 28".

We are needing different cutters for the 17". And they havent arrived. So we have started the programming of the 27".
But its taking its time. Due to demand we have had to outsource the linishing/polishing, its taken a bit of liasing with the company to get them how we want the work done.

Kenn, got to keep the risers in 2 inch increments. That means 29 inches instead of 28.

I'm first up for the 27in Tempest.

I love my 25in model, but I really want to try stringwalking a 74in Border bow.

Ken, you need to learn to shoot with your thumb so you can get a RH riser. I don't think they will get to LH until 2020.

27" is the odd ball, so lets go Lefty first.

We have the same number of orders on back order for 17s as we do 27s.

It doesnt go against the grain to run the 27" first. While left handed models are not as quick to fill up a back order putting them behind the RHs.

If anyone is lefthanded and looking to help fast track a head of other models. Back orders puts them further up the que.

And at this rate it will be 27rh. 17rh. 19lh. 27lh
While trying to keep ontop existing model orders.

We are 11 months into production. With 4 models in production.

sounds like a huge bottleneck
time for another machine, and three more operators so you can add a second shift

The machine does what its told, so seems it would be able to spit out a RH, then a LH with no issues. My opinion might be biased, but its better to fill 100% of LH orders than to drag out a long production run of RH orders.

For the past 6 months. We have been looking for facilities to accomodate that very thought

Sid, maybe Trump will help you out if you bring jobs to the US. I hear Montana is a nice place to live.
