Nice work. Bob need some better marketing lol - his products are top notch but just doesn't get the air time they deserve.

The 25" Morrison "EDGE"...and while I've never even seen one in real life let alone shot one here like Sam (and others) have?...what I can tell you is this...

My Morrison 21" Phoenix XD ranks among the best shooting ILF risers I've owned.

While it wasn't quite as bottom weighted or as pendulum effected as my DAS Elite?...it wasn't that far from it either that a few ounces of weight to hold a wrist sling in place wouldn't put the balance at dead neutral but moreover?...

My 21" Phoenix XD had a certain undeniable quality about it I can only describe as follows...

"It seemed 'Strongly Focused" throughout the draw and at anchor."

Now some might be muttering to themselves...

"Yea...we call that 'STABILITY" Jinks!"

but this 21" XD?...somehow went beyond that and I do believe Hank D recalls and can verify my following claim of...

"With Sky TR7 limbs?...It was one of the few bows I've been able to shoot clean holes through paper with...repeatedly."

and like Sam here?...with nothing more than a Center-Rest...

where this 25" Edge?...is basically my old 21" XD's bigger, better brother.

Sam?...great job bud and I couldn't think of a more deserving person to kick it off...real nice vid and well done!

That's a lovely, elegant, simple (in a good way) looking riser.
Thanks for the review Sam, you were so relaxed and just enjoying your shooting it was a real pleasure to watch.

Nice work Sam. I like the way you remove all the arrows with one hand.

I really watched my video and see some form issues. The worst thing is it seems I have really gotten accurate with my Bow arm dipping problem. I suspected there was a problem when I get back to 30 yards my groups open up and even at 25 and become erratic. I also see a back tension problem that needs to include more back tension so my arm comes back and downward more.

Feel free to come here and post about my form and how I can improve it. I would have never known I had this dipping thing if I had not filmed this. Ya gotta film to see it and I'm glad I did!

I really do need to shoot with a sling for a while to and let the Bow jump to Target with a loose hand.

You may want to give a finger sling a try when doing target, I have been happy using mine. Although, I still use a wrist sling on my hunting bow. Is your shoulder getting better?

Yes it is better after a few trips to the sports doctor and had one injection but working siniwali sticks has really helped it and of course shooting low poundage. I shot the compound barebow with low poundage limbs for six months and I think I kind of developed the drop thing.

I can shoot 4 or 5 all day even with the drop thing so when I go to work in the next few days on curing this I may do even better.

I really do need to get to the shoots and start shooting competitively some and actually do have a 25 inch riser on the way to tune up and hit the shoots. I have a set of Morrison LB limbs for a Rambo but I really like a rest and probably will not be shooting off shelves anymore so that knocks me out of some of the LB stuff.

I can and do shoot a tab some and need to go to it exclusively because i DO get a cleaner release with one.

Good PM, thanks Ken

You still suffering the TP? We all fight it every time we draw back. I enjoyed your video, but try as I might, couldn't help but think you were drawing high and lowering onto target and releasing as soon as it was right. Maybe that's your style? I spoke with Rod when he was here end of January. He is planning on coming back to MI to do a clinic. I told Rod Id like to attend and have him critique my form. Always something we can learn, and Rod seems like a great guy.

Ken

I think you nailed it bro,,,you know getting a video on here for people to look at will definitely help you find issues you might never realize you have.

I like the clean, slim lines of the riser as well. Some others are just to "busy" for my taste.

Sam, a very informative review. Thank you for sharing
