Default The electric pressure cooker

I'm not much of a cook . For starters, I do not like to cover up the taste of meat with all the spices and things most recipes call for.
I have found the versitility of a pressure cooker has brought a new found flavor and texture in wild game.

I've never used a pressure cooker but it sounds interesting. Does the pressure infuse the meat with the spices you put in with the meat? That would be a great reason to use one.

Yes, it does, Larry.
And the cook time can be adjusted for texture from solid to fall apart. Seems to take the game taste out more as well.

Love mine.. Just made Orange Marmalade chicken in 15 min.. Prep time included. Great for roasts, whole chicken falling off the bone in 30 min. Big time saver..

We bought a 5 qt electric pressure cooker a couple years ago. Got it at the Cabela's Bargain Cave. The brand is "Game". We sure like using it. Easy to use and cooks quickly.

Our family has been using presser cookers since I was a kid (non electric).

They are great!!

If you buy one and its not to your liking, pass it on to Clive Bundy.

I'm sure he'll find a use for it..
