Default tips for back

Can anyone give me any tips to draw the bow using there back and using it to execute the shot?

Look up videos of moebow. He demonstrates the rotational draw really well. I don't draw with as exaggerated rotation now but it helped me to learn to use the proper muscles. Really helpful.

The rotational draw feels like a lot travel for the string hand to get up to a high bare bow anchor. I have a home made Form Master that helped me get a good feel for back tension.
